Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic components or PCB kits in their original anti-static packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship via a carrier that provides tracking information to ensure the safe arrival of your high-fidelity gear.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify that the components have not been soldered or damaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
